With the passage of Measure J in November 2014, Fullerton College had been given the opportunity to pursue and implement the College’s Facilities Master Plan adopted in 2011 including revisions made in 2016. The Master Plan identified additional needed facilities as well as the renovation of some existing buildings.
Adoption of the Master Plan Projects for Fullerton College are activities required to comply with the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Public Resources Code 21000 et seq. and the State CEQA Guidelines, Title 14, California Code of Regulations, Section 15000, et seq.
Pursuant to the provision of CEQA and CEQA Guidelines, a draft Preliminary Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) and a Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) were prepared and completed for Fullerton College’s Master Plan Projects.
