Making Friends with Yourself: Eight-week Mindful Self-Compassion Series

The Mindful Growth Initiative is sponsoring a new eight-week program for young adults titled “Making Friends with Yourself” which encourages mindful self-compassion and provides participants with specific tools for recognizing and managing struggles with kindness and compassion.

The program is open to all students and will meet on Fridays starting March 1 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in Room 1426. Additional dates are listed in this flyer.
