The Mindful Growth Initiative will once again host a Mindfulness Institute for Students starting March 6. This is a great introductory program to mindfulness.
The opportunity is available to all students who are interested in learning how mindfulness can help meet the challenges of everyday life and help enhance a student’s ability to pay attention, increase overall well-being, and improve academic performance.
Three sessions will be offered on Wednesdays from March 6 through March 20 from 3 to 5 p.m. The first session on March 6 will meet in Room 224 and the following two sessions will meet in Room 229. The content of the sessions build on each other so attendance at all three sessions is required.
