Mindfulness Workshops | May 16 & 20
With finals right around the corner, now is the perfect time to center your thoughts through mindfulness practice. A free mindfulness class will be offered on Thursday, May 16 at 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. in Building 1400, Room 1426. Make Stress Your Friend is the next Mindful Monday session on May 20. Lynette Pratt will facilitate this session from noon to 12:30 p.m. in Building 200, Room 228.
