Two-thousand-seventeen has brought another year of “likable” and “loveable” moments for Fullerton College, many of which have been captured on social media as proof that Community Lives Here. The college’s Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube channel had a combined total of 45,905 likes as of December 19, which created an opportunity for students and the community to stay connected and engaged through many of the activities, accomplishments, and student life that take place on a day-to-day basis.
First day of school photos, the ACCJC accreditation visit, Commencement, and many notable accomplishments along with motivational quotes and campus beauty shots capture the moments that matter most to our college community.
This year alone, Fullerton College’s social media accounts had more followers, more likes, and more shares than any other year. Facebook and Instagram became the most popular for engagement with Facebook earning 13,930 likes on all posts and more than 14K followers, while Instagram will close out 2017 with more than 30,000 likes on posts and about 3,100 followers. Here are the moments in 2017 that contributed to dozens of likes and left impressions on thousands of hearts.
