2023 Student Art Exhibition Showcases Creativity and Artistry
The Fullerton College Art Gallery recently opened the 2023 Student Art Exhibition. The Student Art Exhibition features drawing, sculpture, painting, ceramics, art history, digital art, and design that showcases the artistic excellence of student artwork. Fullerton College Arts faculty selected the student artwork featured in the exhibition. More than 140 works were curated and installed by museum studies students. Many of the works on display are available for purchase.
During an opening reception on April 27, an awards ceremony honored the talent and accomplishments of the student artists based on artistic merit. Student award recipients were given an award certificate, and some were awarded scholarships. Follow FC Art Gallery’s Instagram page to view photos of the award recipients next to their artwork.
The Student Art Exhibition will run through May 10 at the FC Art Gallery in Building 1000. The FC Art Gallery is open Monday– Thursday from 10 a.m.–12 p.m. and 2–4 p.m. Free admission.
