Grads to Be Launches New Monarch Fellowship
The Grads to Be program has launched the Monarch Fellowship, a new initiative offering Fullerton College students hands-on experience supporting diverse communities and developing leadership skills through on-campus placements.
Nine students will be selected to participate in this fellowship for the 2025-26 academic year. Fellows will complete 300 volunteer hours – 150 per semester – in campus departments and programs aligned with their interests. Participants can receive up to $4,500 in grants upon completion of the fellowship.
Eligibility:
- Enrolled at Fullerton College with at least six units
- Committed to supporting marginalized communities
- Minimum ten hours/week availability
- No Social Security Number (SSN) required
Preference will be given to undocumented, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and mixed-status students, but the program is open to all.
Applications are now open until 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21.
