CARE and CalWORKs Offices to Move to Building 2000

This summer, the Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE) and California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs) will permanently move into a new student-parent space on the second floor of Building 2000, taking over the Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS) office.  

Currently, CARE is located in Building 2000, Room 2001 and CalWORKs is at the Ben Franklin House at 315 N. Pomona Ave. The relocation will centralize student-parent resources in an adjacent location to campus, making it easier for students to access essential services. 

CARE and CalWORKs will take over the current EOPS office, which will relocate to the new Student Support Center down the street.

As CARE and CalWORKs prepare to move, please note their modified hours and services below: 

  • Closed July 28 – 29 
  • Remote Only: July 30 – 31
