Oct. 26-Substance Abuse Fair
Health Services will host their annual Substance Abuse Fair on Wednesday, October 26 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the quad. The Substance Abuse Fair provides students and the campus community with an informative and interactive opportunity to learn about alcohol and drug use while connecting with local resource organizations.
Representatives from Mothers against Drunk Driving, Alcoholics Anonymous, Orange County Health Care Agency, and The Villa Center and Community Service Programs will be present. Also new this year, the nonprofit RADD which advocates the use of designated drivers will have a RADD vehicle on display. RADD supports California colleges by providing designated driver rewards and DUI awareness education to college students and local communities.
