FC Food Drive Seeks Donations to Help Families this Thanksgiving
For the last 47 years, Fullerton College has been helping to feed students and their families during Thanksgiving with the support and donations of the campus community. The Ethnic Studies Department, M.E.Ch.A, and the Associated Students of Fullerton College are again calling on the campus community to prep the stage for the 48th annual Thanksgiving Food Drive.
The drive is currently looking for financial and food donations which will help feed more than 120 local families in need. Donation boxes for non-perishable items are located throughout the campus. Additionally, financial donations may be made payable to Ethnic Studies Thanksgiving Food Drive from now until November 17. Grocery gift cards are also encouraged and appreciated.
All donations received will be used for the Thanksgiving Food Drive and the Fullerton College Food Bank. Donations are tax-deductible. A formal donation letter will be sent by Fullerton College upon request for any donation.
