Campus Communications Brings Home 8 Medallion Awards

Staff from the Office of Campus Communications earned eight Medallion Awards from the National Council for Marketing and Public Relations, District 6 during the regional conference on Sept. 29.
Most notably, Jazmin Zuniga, web content specialist, Melissa Serrato, marketing and outreach assistant and Lisa McPheron, director of campus communications, earned a Gold Medallion Award for the promotions they did for FC Night at Angel Stadium last April and a second gold for a flier promoting the college’s social media accounts.
Additionally, they won silvers for the college’s promotional video, electronic annual report, holiday e-card and commencement website design, and two bronzes for other projects.
