A health services psychologist will be leading a support group to help students take proactive steps to recognize triggers of social anxiety and learn strategies and skills to reduce anxiety. Temporary Parking Lot Closure
Please be advised that Student Parking Lot 6 (located north of the baseball field and south of Sherbeck Field) will be closed through Friday, June 1 for commencement. May 16-17, Rest and Relaxation Event
Health Services will host a Rest and Relaxation event for students on Wednesday, May 16 and Thursday, May 17 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. in Room 224-228. Take a break from studying and focus on some self-care. Coloring, snacks, meditation and nap tents will be available.
