Club Rush Returns, In Person and Virtual

Student Life and Leadership will welcome back clubs and organizations at Club Rush. Students will be able to experience the vibrant student life that Fullerton College offers and receive information about exciting opportunities to join and build upon their student leadership experience.
Club Rush will be held in person and virtually to provide flexibility for students to attend.
Virtual Club Rush will be held on Sept. 7 from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. and Club Rush @ the Quad will be on Sept. 8 from 10 a.m.–12 p.m. Students will have the opportunity to meet different clubs on campus and activate or reactivate a club.
Clubs and organizations interested in participating in Virtual Club Rush are encouraged to RSVP by Tuesday, Sept. 6. During Virtual Club Rush, all clubs/organizations will have an opportunity to share a short introduction, host a breakout room and/or submit a video that will be shown during the event. Clubs must submit their PowerPoint or video by Tuesday, Sept. 6 to studentlife@fullcoll.edu. A club representative will need to be available to host the breakout room. Students who are interested in attending Virtual Club Rush may join via Zoom.
For Club Rush @ the Quad, clubs and organizations will need to RSVP to reserve a table and two chairs for the event. Clubs are encouraged to advertise their club with flyers and visual aids at their reserved table. Distribution of food and drink items is not permitted. A club representative must be at the table throughout the event.
Student Life and Leadership will also host an Advisor and Officer Virtual Training on Friday, Sept. 9 from 10 a.m.–1 p.m. via Zoom. Club advisors and officers should RSVP. The first twenty people who register for this training will receive a DoorDash gift card.
Club Rush is an excellent opportunity for clubs and organizations to advertise and recruit new members for new club/orgs, reactivating clubs/orgs, and returning clubs/orgs. As an incentive, Student Life and Leadership will host their first contest of the year for clubs/organizations. The “Most Spirited Club or Organization” will win six tickets to the Lakers preseason game on October 12 with Student Life and Leadership. Clubs and organizations must be activated or reactivated by September 9 before 4 p.m. by turning in their current roster with advisor approval to Student Life and Leadership.
