Fullerton College President Finalists Announced – Open Forum Set for March 17
The three finalists in the selection process for the new President of Fullerton College will participate in an open forum on Thursday, March 17, 2016.
The candidate forums will be streamed live at https://news.fullcoll.edu/stream/ and subsequently posted on the college’s YouTube Channel.
The finalists are:
- Dr. Juan Avalos, Vice President for Student Services, Saddleback College;
- Dr. Peter Maphumulo, Executive Vice President for Instruction and Student Services, Victor Valley College; and
- Dr. Greg Schulz, Interim President, Fullerton College
The forum is open to the community and is scheduled at Fullerton College:
College Center, Room 224
9 a.m. Dr. Juan Avalos
10 a.m. Dr. Peter Maphumulo
11 a.m. Dr. Greg Schulz
At the open forum, finalists will present a brief statement and answer questions from students, faculty, staff, and community members. Comments and public feedback may be submitted electronically, and will be reviewed by the NOCCCD Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees will interview the three finalists on March 18. Plans are to announce the new President this spring, with a start date of July 1.
