Fullerton (September 20, 2018) – The college recently identified and self-reported two potential California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) violations to the Southern California Football Association. Specifically, these potential violations are related to Bylaw 2.11.
The college is fully committed to operating in compliance with all aspects of the Southern California Football Association and CCCAA’s constitution and bylaws. As such Fullerton College began steps on September 13 to self-report these potential infractions, following the process that is defined by these agencies. A formal self-report was submitted on September 18.
After careful consideration, while this matter continues to be investigated, Offensive Coordinator Garrett Campbell has been appointed acting head coach until this issue has been brought to resolution. Campbell was appointed acting head coach effective September 13.
