Habits of Mind in the Disciplines
Join educators from around Southern California for “Habits of Mind in the Disciplines” on April 17 from 9 a.m.-noon in room 1246. Participants will learn how instructors are using Habits of Mind in a variety of disciplines to improve student success. Co-sponsored by 3CSN for a regional audience, this month’s event will feature both visiting and local presenters including Fullerton’s own Growth Mindset Faculty Inquiry Group and Phi Theta Kappa students who have examined what teachers can do to foster growth mindset. Coffee and light refreshments will be served from 8:30-9 a.m.
