Honoring Student-Veterans at FC Night
Fullerton College Night at Angel Stadium on Friday, April 5 will honor student-veterans during the pregame ceremony. The ceremonial pitcher will be Joshua Bruner.
Bruner is a United States Marine Corps veteran who provided humanitarian aid in Operation Tomodachi after a tsunami struck Japan in March 2011. He also served in Afghanistan as a customs and border-clearing officer. He continues serving in the United States Army Reserves while studying journalism at Fullerton College.
President Greg Schulz will join him and his fellow student-veterans Roy Doyel, Justis Esquer, Gabriel Gonzalez, Joshua Gonzalez and Nelson Reyes for the ceremony. Tickets to the game are available through March 29 at the Bursar’s Office and online at www.angels.com/fullcoll through game day.
