How to Stay in Shape During a Pandemic

Feeling out of shape? Just because our campus is closed does not mean that you can’t take a few Physical Education classes online. Our trained faculty members have been working overtime to put together some shape shifting and fun courses that you can do from home.

It is true! Exercise is essential for your overall mental and physical well-being during this COVID-19 Pandemic.

All of us have been seriously affected by the measures taken to reduce the spread of COVID-19. These measures have caused changes in everyday schedules that are taking us away from our normal everyday workout routines. Stress also plays a major role in this pandemic that may affect physical and mental health, which lead to poor eating habits that can lead to higher calorie consumption.

We all know that exercise is extremely important at this time because it reduces stress, holds off weight gain, and gives our immune system a needed boost.
