Mindfulness Meditation is being offered in the Adaptive Computer Lab this semester. Join the Fullerton College campus community for 15 minutes of meditation on March 8, April 6, April 26 and May 11 at 4 p.m. in the Library in room 804. Get to know the benefits of mindfulness and meditation. Mindfulness practices increase well-being, which links to increased academic success and retention.
