Men’s Soccer Makes History with Third OEC Title
The Fullerton College men’s soccer team wrapped up their undefeated regular season with a 10-0-4 record after defeating Saddleback College on Friday.
This is their third consecutive Orange Empire Conference (OEC) title and earns them the no. 8 seed in the Southern California regional playoffs. This season also marks the first in the program’s history where a Fullerton College team has gone unbeaten in conference play with 11 shutouts on the season with 15 goals scored against.
Additionally, their coaching staff was honored with OEC Staff of the Year for the third year in a row, among other distinctions. Go, Hornets!
Up next, the Hornets will compete in the Southern California regional playoffs at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 23 at Sherbeck Field.
