Oct. 9 – Immigration Panel and Guest Speaker
The NOCCCD Office of Diversity and Compliance has invited guest Speaker Dr. Leo Chavez and set up an immigration panel to discuss immigration myths and the recent changes to DACA, as well as network with local transfer universities which offer resources for dreamers (undocumented students) as well a local community organizations. This discussion is on Monday, Oct. 9 at 2 p.m. in the Wilshire Theatre.
