Play Honors Women’s Right to Vote | Feb. 13
Celebrating the 100th anniversary of the League of Women Voters and the 19th Amendment – Fullerton College’s Political Science Department and the League of Women Voters of North Orange County are hosting “Tea with Alice and Me: Zoe Nicholson” on Thursday, February 13, from 7-10 p.m. in the Campus Theatre.
“Tea with Alice and Me” is a full-length one-woman performance that takes the audience from 1775 through today. Hundreds of pictures and personal stories transport the audience to each time and place. Tickets are free and the community is welcome. Donations are encouraged to help our housing and food insecure students through Pathways of Hope, and collection boxes will be available at the event for food donations. Zoe Nicholson will also be on hand to sign books after her performance. Admission is free, but RSVPs are encouraged on Eventbrite.
