Spring Mindfulness Events Start Up

The spring semester will entertain numerous opportunities to practice mindfulness. Mindful Mondays return with weekly offerings beginning Feb. 4 at noon in the Art Gallery. The sessions are 30 minutes each and include sitting meditations, walking meditations, and interactive mindful sessions focused on a particular topic.
