Take Care of Your Mental Health During Mental Health Awareness Week
Mental Health Awareness Week will take place from May 8–11 to support students’ mental health and well-being. Finals Week is right around the corner and can be a stressful time for some students. To help cope with that stress, Health Services has planned a number of activities that prioritize mental well-being and support.
Plus, students enrolled at Fullerton College can receive mental health counseling, psychological services, and referrals at no cost. Students may meet with a licensed mental health professional for an initial screening and evaluation to determine how the student’s mental health needs can best be met. Students can schedule an appointment with a mental health professional by calling (714) 992-7093. More information and resources about psychological services are available at Health Services.
