Theresa Ullrich Named Director of Student Health Services
Fullerton College is excited to congratulate and announce its new Director of Student Health Services, Theresa Ullrich. A family nurse practitioner and caregiver at heart, Ullrich has been with the Fullerton College familia since 2005. She has served as interim director of student health services since 2022.
Ullrich holds an impressive background in college health. She began her career at Mt. San Antonio College and went on to Lake Forest College in Illinois. Upon her return to California, she earned her nurse practitioner certification.
For Ullrich, equity and service are a huge part of her career. She has extensive experience, having served as caregiver for underserved communities, such as undocumented patients with multiple chronic diseases and other health issues. She also volunteered for Flying Samaritans to provide care to the underserved communities in Baja Mexico, as well as at the Tijuana border to care for its asylum-seeking population.
Ullrich’s educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in nursing from California State University, Los Angeles and a Master of Science in Nursing from University of Southern California.
Fullerton College congratulates Ullrich on this exciting milestone in her career, and cannot wait to work with her and continue to put the college’s students first.
