Timely Warning

(February 25, 2015) Police are investigating a case of a male suspect who committed sexual battery against a female student on Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2015 at approximately 2:15 p.m. The incident took place on the high school baseball bleachers located north of the 700 Building.

The female student was lying down to rest on the top bleacher when the suspect approached her. While standing above her, he asked her name and then proceeded to grab her breast and then her upper thigh. She sat up quickly and spotted a friend walking by. She called over to her friend, and the suspect began to walk north on the fire lane between the baseball field and the parking structure.

The student immediately reported the incident to a faculty member and then campus safety officers. Fullerton Police Department officers responded, and the case is currently under investigation. At this time, the suspect is at large.

Suspect description: Hispanic or Asian male in his twenties, approximately 5’8’’, 140 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes. He wore a black T-shirt and gray sweatpants and carried a black backpack.
