Women’s Water Polo Team Recognized at Board of Trustees Meeting
Fullerton College’s state champion Women’s Water Polo Team received much deserved recognition at the NOCCCD Board of Trustees meeting on Feb. 10. Led by Coach Gabriel Martinez, the team excelled throughout their season undefeated all the way to the championship match where they defeated Riverside City College 8-7 in nail-biting overtime. This is the first time the water polo team has won the championship since the program began in 1996.
