Mellow into Midterms

Join us for Mellow into Midterms from Oct. 14-17, with a series of activities and events to help students de-stress, explore resources and enjoy some relaxation.

Enjoy complimentary snacks at the front counter of Admissions and Records, Building 2000, lower level. Get free mental health coloring pages at the Library in the lobby. To view the full list of activities, check out the schedule below:

Monday, Oct. 14

  • 9-11 a.m. — Chat with a counselor in Quad
  • 11 a.m.-noon — Money Habitudes with Financial Aid in Quad
  • 11 a.m.-1 p.m. — Coloring and jewelry with Student Health Services in Quad
  • 11 a.m.-1 p.m. — Mobile book cart in Quad
  • Noon-1 p.m. — Halloween-themed movies and snacks in International Student Office
  • Noon-1:30 p.m. — Herbal Wisdom: Exploring Indigenous Health Practices in Building 2400, Room 107
  • 1-4 p.m. — Play cornhole and color with Honors Program in front of Transfer Center
