Timely Warning – Vehicle Theft Reported

(June 18, 2025) On Thursday, June 18, 2025, at approximately 5:45 p.m., a student reported to Fullerton College’s Office of Campus Safety that their vehicle had been stolen from the second level of the student parking structure. The incident was immediately reported by Campus Safety to the Fullerton Police Department and the incident is currently under investigation.

The stolen vehicle is described as a 2004 white Chevrolet Suburban. The student was unsure whether they had locked their car earlier in the day.

Safety Tips to Prevent Vehicle Theft:

  • Always remember to lock your vehicle, close all windows and sunroofs and take your keys with you.
  • Stay aware of your surroundings always. Report any suspicious activity immediately.
  • Never leave your car running when unattended.
  • Park in well-lit and populated areas. This is especially important when taking evening courses.
  • Keep your valuables out of sight. If needed, please keep your valuables secured in your trunk.
  • Consider installing vehicle tracking and location systems that can be activated in the event of a stolen vehicle.

Our Campus Safety Officers will continue to patrol the area.  Fullerton College takes safety and theft seriously and encourages our students, faculty and staff to remain alert and to promptly report suspicious behavior.
