Oct. 2 – Health and Wellness Symposium

Health Services will be hosting a Wellness Symposium on Tuesday, Oct. 2, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. in Building 200, Room 224. Attendees will learn about ways to manage stress, the importance of self-care and nutrition tips for maintaining optimal weight and health.
